An investigation by the authors found that according to correspondence from the original framers of the Constitution as well as multiple Supreme Court rulings and the legal writings that helped establish the principals of the Constitution, Obama is not eligible to serve as president since his father was not a U.S. citizen.

With nearly 900 endnotes, the book, "The Manchurian President: Barack Obama's ties to communists, socialists and other anti-American extremists," was written by WND senior reporter Aaron Klein and r esearcher Brenda J. Elliott.

The authors concluded Obama may not be eligible regardless of his place of birth. The book recommends further legislative and judicial debate.

"It is undisputed that Obamas father was not a U.S. citizen," wrote Klein, "a fact that should have led to congressional debate about whether Obama is eligible under the United States Constitution to serve as president."

Obama was born on August 4, 1961, to Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Obama, Sr. Dunham was an American of predominantly English descent from Wichita, Kansas, and was 18 years old at the time of Obamas birth. Obama Sr. was a member of the Luo tribe from Nyangoma Kogelo, Nyanza Province, Kenya, which at the time was still a British colony.

Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution stipulates presidential eligibility, requiring the nations elected chief to be a natural born citizen.

That clause states: No person except a natural born citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

The Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitut ion specifically defines "citizen but not "natural born citizen"

A "citizen" is defined as: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are Citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

However, no definition of natural born citizen -- which is only used in the presidential requirement clause --was provided anywhere in the Constitution, and to this day the precise meaning of the term is still being debated.

There are no records of any definitive discussion on the matter during the Constitutional Convention. Thatcoupled with the absence of definitive Supreme Court rulings and a wide array of opinions th roughout the centurieshas only further confused the question of what natural born actually means.

Still, the authors found that according to the framers of the Constitution as well as Supreme Court rulings, Obama does not fit the eligibility requirements.

'Natural born' defined

The first U.S. Congress passed a law that began to define natural born. The Naturalization Act of 1790 rejected the condition of being born on U.S. soil, and referred only to parentage: The children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, the Act states, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided, t hat the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States.

Five years later, however, Congress repealed the Act.

"Still, it was clear that the intention of the Constitutions 'natural born citizen' qualification was to ensure the country would not be led by an individual with dual loyalties," wrote Klein in "The Manchurian President."

On July 25, 1787, Founding Father John Jay, one of the three authors of the Federalist Papers, wrote to George Washington, who was at the time presiding over the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia.

Jay discussed the dual loyalty concern, writing: Permit me to hint, whether it would be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Commander in Chief of the American army shall not be given to nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.

Jay, however, also did not define natural born.

'According to John Bingham, guiding tome, Obama not eligible'

Representative John Bingham of Ohio, a principal framer of the Fourteenth Amendment, offered some definition for presidential qualifi cations in a discussion in the House on March 9, 1866: [I] find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to
any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.

"So according to Bingham, as well, Obama would not be eligible to serve as president," wrote Klein.

In trying to understand what the Founding Fathers meant by natural born, the authors wrote in "The Manchurian President" that some have turned to prominent legal tomes of the day.

The Law of Nations, a 1758 work by Swiss legal philosopher Emmerich de Vattel, was read by many of the American Founders and informed their understanding of the principles of law, which became established in the Constitution of 1787.

De Vattel writes in Book 1, Chapter 19, of his treatise, The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. . . . In order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.

"So by de Vattels standards, Obama arguably would not be eligible to serve as president," wrote Klein.

Obama not eligible according to some Supreme Court decisions

Numerous Supreme Court decisions have yielded conflicting views of citizenship and what it means to be a natural born citizen. In Dred Scott v. Sandford (1857), for example, the Court ruled that citizenship is acquired by place of birth, not through blood or lineage.

But much of that cases decisionwhich had notoriously excluded slaves, and their descendants, from possessing Constitutional righ tswas overturned in 1868.

Another case, Minor v. Happersett, in 1874, mentions the natural born issue:

States that case: "At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country, of parents [plural] who were its citizens [plural], became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further, and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction, without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case, it is not necessary to solve these doubts. It is sufficien t, for everything we have now to consider, that all children, born of citizen parents within the jurisdiction, are themselves citizens.

Writes Klein: "According to this definition, and scores of other Supreme Court rulings, Obama may not be eligible to serve as president."

The authors conclude that a "reading of readily available legal resources regarding the definition of 'natural born citizen clearly indicates a series of legitimate questions about Barack Obamas eligibility for the presidency, given that Obamas father was not an American citizen."

"The resources warrant further debate," wrote Klein.

"The Manchurian President" points out despite these glaring eligibility issues, the legislative and judicial bodies of the U.S. government have held no formal discussions, nor did they conduct a single formal investigation into whether Obama is eligible to serve under the Fourteenth Amendment.

Congress did, however, question the "natural born" qualifications of Obama's 2008 presidential opponent, Senator John McCain.

The scion of distinguished U.S. naval officers, McCain was born to two American parents in the Panama Canal Zone. On April 30, 2008, the U.S. Senate sought to answer the question by passing a nonbinding resolution, which states, "Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it resolved, that John Sidney McCain, III, is a 'natural born citizen' under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States."

Obama called 'Manchurian President'

Meanwhile, "The Manchurian President" bills itself as the most exhaustive investigation ever performed into Obama and his radical background and ties.

Among the many finds of "The Manchurian President":

A coalition of extremists, including a founder of William Ayers' Weather Underground domestic-terrorist organization, helped craft Obama's "stimulus" bill;
Obama's health-care policy, masked by moderate populists rhetoric, was pushed along and partially crafted by extremists, some of whom reveal in their own words that their principal aim is to achieve corporate socialist goals and a vast increase in government powers;
Extremists are among Obama's "czars" and other top advisers. New information links top advisers Axelrod and Valerie Jarrett to communist activists. The book uncovers correspondence in which a communist confesses to mentoring and educating Axelrod and helping the top Obama aide to secure his first job. Obama then later worked with the same communist, the book finds;
Copious research reveals more about Obama's deep ties to Ayers, uncovering for the first time where and how Obama first met Ayers - and it is much earlier than previously believed;
Important aspects of Obama's carefully covered-up college years, with new details of his student career at Occidental College and later at Columbia University, are revealed;
Obama's early years, including his previously overlooked early childhood ties to a radical, far-left church, are documented;
Obama's association with the Nation of Islam, Black Liberation Theology and black political extremists are also revealed, with extensive new information on the subjects;

Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds. What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.

The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.

Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.

Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.

The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.

Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she refused to certify the following language when certifying Obama as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.

This is the normal language for certification of nomination for president and vice president, filed by the DNC only in the state of Hawaii…

This is the language filed by the DNC in the other 49 states, however…

Note that the language which certifies that Barack Hussein Obama meets all constitutional qualifications is missing in the DNC documents filed in 49 of the 50 states. The certification of constitutional qualification for the office of president was filed only in Hawaii. That text is missing in the DNC certification filings for all other states.

Whereas the RNC filed the exact same certification document, including the constitutional text for John McCain in all 50 states, Obama was technically certified in only one state, Hawaii. A mere inconvenient technicality, I’m sure…

The US Congress knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not constitutionally qualified for the office he holds. Although the congress passed a resolution proclaiming Senator John McCain a “natural born citizen” as the son of two US citizens, no such congressional resolution exists for Barack Hussein Obama.

The press knows that Obama is not a “natural born citizen,” having written on several occasions about the “Kenyan born” senator from Chicago. A number of citizens have already been arrested and jailed for asking these questions.

Over four-hundred law suits have been filed across the country asking the courts to force Obama to become the “transparent president” he promised to be, and all four-hundred are being dismissed before discovery, all on the basis that “no citizen has proper legal standing” to ask who and what their president really is…

Over a half-million citizens have now signed a petition demanding to see Obama’s birth records.

Numerous members of the US Military have refused deployment orders from Obama, on the basis that he refuses to evidence his constitutional qualifications to issue such orders. In most cases, the soldiers have simply been reassigned, so as to avoid any disciplinary action that could end in “defense discovery” which might finally force Obama to open up his files once and for all.

Now an eighteen year veteran flight surgeon and active Lt. Colonel faces court martial as he makes his demands for proof that Obama is constitutionally eligible to issue orders as Commander-in-Chief.

No matter who asks, how they ask or where they ask, not one single individual in Washington DC or even state government seems willing to weigh in on the most important issue of our era. Who and what is the man sitting in the people’s White House?

How in the hell did we get an overtly anti-American resident of the people’s White House without so much as a simple birth certificate to prove who this person really is?

And why won’t a single elected representative of the people engage in the effort to force an answer to this question?

The answers to these and many more questions are likely very simple and equally chilling…

Nobody spends $2 million in legal fees to hide an authentic birth certificate. The Speaker of the House does not refuse to certify her candidate as “constitutionally qualified” in forty-nine of fifty states by accident. A press that knew he was the “first Kenyan born senator” didn’t forget that he was Kenyan born when he decided to run for president.

Most importantly, the people DO have a right (read - proper standing) to ask who and what their president really is, in any court, any time. And soldiers are court-martialed for refusing orders, unless those orders were issued by an illegitimate Commander-in-Chief.

DC knows what most Americans have yet to figure out…

Obama is NOT a natural born citizen no matter where he might have been born. Obama’s birth father was at no time an American citizen and on this basis alone, Obama cannot be a constitutionally qualified resident of the White House.

They know something else that the American people have yet to figure out…

The US Constitution no longer stands as the governing law of this land. Obama’s many unconstitutional policies, Czars, executive orders and statements provide the proof, and the fact that nobody in DC cares whether or not Obama is constitutionally qualified to be president of the United States should send a shiver down the spine of every red blooded American citizen, no matter their partisan agendas.

The people willing to ask the tough questions are deemed crackpots and conspiracy theorists, racists or bigots. But those tough questions should be obvious questions to all Americans and every president should have to answer those questions, no matter race, creed, color or party affiliation.

I fear that those questions will only be answered at the tip of pitch forks and torches one day. Sooner or later, the people will run out of patience with a system built to exclude them. When that day comes, I fear what methods will be employed and whether or not there will be a country left to save by then.
But sooner or later, one way or another, Obama will have to answer those questions. One day, the world will know who and what this man is and there will be a day of reckoning like no other in American history.

The longer it takes for that day to arrive, the more dangerous the situation will become. A man not even qualified to hold the office is using that office to destroy the greatest nation on earth. How much patience can the people be expected to display?

Obama is not eligible for the office he currently holds and everyone in a position to know - already know.

What they don’t know is how much longer they can keep it all a secret, or what will happen next.

Recently I told someone that my doctor said I was definitely in "decline" (I have AIDS).

A college instructor who worked as a senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008 is making the stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist in the Aloha State.
Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, now teaches English at Western Kentucky University. "There is no birth certificate," said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. "It's like an open secret. There isn't one. Everyone in the government there knows this."

Adams, who says he's a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination to Obama, told WND, "I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters' identity."

Another state has begun considering a law like an Arizona plan approved by the state House there that would require presidential candidates to document their eligibility before being allowed on the election ballot.

Georgia Rep. Mark Hatfield, part of a coalition in his state supporting new election requirements, says it's really the responsibility of members of Congress to make sure a foreign-born individual or dual citizen isn't installed in the White House.

But he said without the leadership in Washington necessary to do that, it is up to states to tackle the issue. Arizona's plan is closest to adoption, awaiting only approval from the state Senate.

According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, Oklahoma also has pending in a legislative committee a referendum that could be put before voters...

"No citizen of the United States should ever have any doubts about the qualifications of the individual who occupies the highest office in the land," Hatfield said on the Liddy show.

Plaintiff in this case respectfully requests a judicial notice of the order by Judge Roger Vinson, Northern district of Florida, State of Florida et al v Department of Health et al 3:10-cv-00091-RV-EMT. Exhibit 1.
Plaintiff in this case, being a Doctor of Dental Surgery, was seeking an intervener status in case 10-cv-91, which was brought by attorneys of 13 states challenging constitutionality of the Healthcare Bill H.R. 3590. While motion to intervene was not granted under judicial discretion due to the fact that multiple interveners have filed their motions and the presiding judge decided to limit the case to the issue of the Commerce clause raised by the original plaintiffs, this order provides an indication of the plaintiffâ€™s standing to bring forward her challenge of the H.R. 3590, noting
"Taitz contends, and I agree, that she has satisfied steps (1) and (2). Her motion to intervene was timely and, as a Doctor of Dental Surgery, who will be affected by this act, she clearly has an interest in this action".
Regardless of whether ultimately the plaintiff in this action will prevail or not, above ruling of the sister court has indicated that Taitz has standing to bring her action challenging H.R. 3590, which to a great extend serves as an opposition to the defendantâ€™s motion to dismiss due to lack of standing.
Additionally, Judge Vinson does not find the issue of Mr. Obamaâ€™s eligibility due to lack of Natural Born status to be frivolous. He simply states that in the interest of expediency he decided to limit the case to the issues raised by the original plaintiffs. Yet again is seems to negate the notion by the defense that the eligibility issue is frivolous. Clearly, the plaintiff, as A Doctor of Dental Surgery, having tangible interest and standing to bring forward the issue of legitimacy of H.R. 3590 "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" can do so on both the basis of violation of the Commerce clause, as well as on basis of Common law Fraud and Quo Warranto, asserting that the bill was signed by one who got into the position of Presidency by virtue of fraud and concealment of all of the original vital records, as the affidavits of three licensed investigators show that the defendant fraudulently used multiple US Social Security numbers, and the Social Security number 042-68-4425 used by the defendant for most of his life, was issued to another individual in the
state of Connecticut. US Attorneys Machen, Contreras and Burch, who have been representing the defendant in this case, have a conflicting duty to "We The People of the United States", including the plaintiff in this case, to protect and defend them against such fraud. Above US attorneys have been put on notice of the fraud committed via the pleadings in this case, yet they breached their duty and their Oath of Office to defend the Constitution and to defend "We, the People of the United States". As such, they became accomplices to the above fraud and other possible criminal acts, to be fully investigated during discovery. Judge Vinson in his order states "The parties to this litigation, and, indeed, the citizens of this country, have an interest in having this case resolved as soon as possible". The plaintiff is praying for expedient discovery, as she, as well as other doctors and other citizens need an adjudication on the issue of fraud committed by Mr. Obama in order to get into office.
Wherefore,
Plaintiff respectfully requests Judicial notice of the above order as an indication of the Plaintiffs standing. US Soldier Faces Prison Over Obama Eligibility

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is facing a court-martial and possible imprisonment... all because he has the audacity to ask Barack Hussein Obama to supply a copy of his actual birth certificate.

During his 18-year career as a flight-surgeon in the United States Army, Lakin has put his life on the line in defense of the United States Constitution. And he's more than willing to do so again.

But before Lakin places himself, yet again, in harm's way, he's asking Barack Hussein Obama to do the very same thing that he, and countless others who honorably serve our country are, in so many cases, REQUIRED to do... namely, supply a copy of an actual birth certificate; and thereby prove that the orders he gives as "Commander-in-Chief" are, indeed, LAWFUL.

Let's Dispel Some Myths.

The Mainstream Media (MSM) has perpetuated a number of myths and provided a great deal of cover to Barack Hussein Obama on this issue.

Instead of looking into the facts, the MSM derisively dismisses those who simply want real and honest answers as "birthers" or "conspiracy theorists."

Understandably, a lot of folks are confused. So let's just examine the facts:

Section 1, Article 2 of the United States Constitution specifically states: "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President...."

Barack Obama's father was a subject of the British crown and, at the time of Obama's birth, his mother was too young, to bestow her status as a natural born citizen unto her son. In order for Barack Obama to even make a credible claim that he might be eligible under Section 1, Article 2 of the United States Constitution to serve as President of the United States, he must be able to show that he was born in the United States.

Instead of supplying his actual birth certificate, to prove his eligibility, Team Obama, supplied an alternate document... a "Certification of Live Birth." But the "Certification of Live Birth" is NOT an actual birth certificate. In fact, until very recently... only AFTER this controversy came to a head... the state of Hawaii did not even accept a "Certification of Live Birth" as singular proof that an individual was a Hawaiian citizen because Hawaii issued that document to individuals NOT actually born in Hawaii.

Bob Unruh with WorldNetDaily.com put it this way: "The 'certification of live birth' posted online and widely touted as 'Obama's birth certificate' does not in any way prove he was born in Hawaii, since the same 'short-form' document is easily obtainable for children not born in Hawaii. The true 'long-form' birth certificate – which includes information such as the name of the birth hospital and attending physician – is the only document that can prove Obama was born in Hawaii, but to date he has not permitted its release for public or press scrutiny."

With the above understanding in mind, when asked to release his actual birth certificate to clarify matters, Team Obama immediately went into OBSTRUCTION MODE. And, in fact, Team Obama has spent hundreds-of-thousands of dollars to OBSTRUCT requests that Obama supply his actual birth certificate.

Unruh again: "Obama's actual response to those who question his eligibility to be president under the Constitution's requirement that the U.S. president be a 'natural born citizen' has been to dispatch both private and tax-funded attorneys to prevent anyone from gaining access to his documentation."

One can only ask why? ... Why is Barack Obama actively REFUSING to produce his actual birth certificate? ... What is Barack Obama trying to hide? ... Why spend hundreds-of-thousands of dollars to obstruct requests to produce a document that Obama could obtain, upon request, for about 10-20 dollars?

Lt. Col. Lakin is asking that question... but instead of the courtesy of an answer... this officer, with 18 years of honorable military service, is being threatened with court-martial.

Something is rotten, but the stench isn't coming from the Denmark... it's coming from the White House.

Obama Has Dug In His Heels. Only You Can Pry Them Loose .

Is the biggest political crime in American history taking place right before our eyes? Is the man in the White House INELIGIBLE, according to the Constitution, to sit in the Oval Office... is he a FRAUD... a USURPER?

Or, is Barack Obama's ego so huge that he is only spending hundreds-of-thousands of dollars and allowing a proud military officer to face possible court-martial because he feels that he's simply too good... too high and mighty... to perform a simple task and verify to the American people that his presidency IS LEGITIMATE.

Barack Hussein Obama could put the issue to rest right now by simply releasing his actual birth certificate.

But he refuses to do just that. Incidentally, he has also refused to produce other records that could shed some light on the matter, including many of his school records... at multiple institutions.

Make no mistake, the issue regarding Barack Obama's eligibility is NOT going away because Obama REFUSES to make it go away.

He's dug in his heels. He has teams of lawyers fighting efforts to get him to release his actual birth certificate, while his underlings look down their noses at the American people and call these legitimate requests “garbage.”

And the one pivotal question that those who attempt to dismiss the controversy cannot answer is: If Barack Hussein Obama has nothing to hide, what’s the problem? The more he resists, the more you have to wonder.

Meanwhile the liberal press is trying to drag this story into a dark alley and bludgeon it to death. It’s time for you and me to weigh in and force the issue.

I wrote this last night, on the eve of Yom HaZikaron, our Remembrance Day for Israeli Fallen Soldiers and Victims of Terrorism. The siren sounded and the country stood in silence and in remembrance of the price that others paid for our independence.

Today, Monday, folks will be visiting cemeteries. A painful and sombre day. Tonight at sundown, Yom HaZikaron will end and the celebration of Yom Ha'Atzmaut, Israel's Independence Day begins.

I wanted to do a cartoon to show how short a time 62 years really is. I wondered if I'd be able to write out every year in a cartoon. It turned out that I could do it as a border and still have room for Mr. Shuldig and his dog Doobie!

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin has shown great courage in asking the legitimate question an increasing number of legitimate Americans are wondering: "Where's the Birth Certificate?" Despite those who fear to question authority, who act like sheeple who just blindly follow orders, Lt. Col. Terry Lakin reveals great love for our Constitution and respect for our Republic. He is the the highest-ranking and first active-duty officer to refuse to obey orders based on Obama's eligibility, since he strongly believes "all servicemen and women and the American people – deserve the truth about President Obama's constitutional eligibility to the office of the presidency and the commander in chief.

"If he is ineligible, then my orders – and indeed all orders – are illegal because all orders have their origin with the commander in chief as handed down through the chain of command."

Why would Obama attempt to pass off what basically amounts to a dime-story copy of his "birth certificate," the COLB short form rather than the long form birth certificate? The long form birth certificate "usually includes parents' information (address of residence, race, birth place, date of birth, etc.), additional information on the child's birthplace, and information on the doctors who assisted in the birth of the child. The long form also usually includes the signature of the doctor involved and at least one of the parents" (Wikipedia - "Birth Certificate"). Why is Obama - at taxpayers' expense - paying lawyers millions of dollars to keep his long form birth certificate suppressed? Didn't he say he would be transparent? Something isn't right and objective folks recognize it.

You could say I have a God-given love for the Jews and the nation of Israel (Isaiah 62:6-7). That sacred bond has been strengthened over the years by the fact that I've been blessed to have lived all over Israel, getting to know its land and people quite well.

Apart from 5 months at Ramat Yohanan (where I met my "kibbutz mother," Miriam Weiss) I've also stayed at Sdot Yam on the Mediterranean, next to Caesarea, the site of my first ulpan (intensive Hebrew course), and where Israel's heroine, Hannah Senesh, was from; Regavim, near Zichron Yaakov, where I continued my Hebrew lessons amid its rolling green hills; Reshafim, near Bet She'an, with Mt. Gilboa practically in our backyard, and Jordan's mountains in lovely view out front; Adamit, on Lebanon's border, high up on a mountain, from where on clear days you can see all the way to Haifa's Mt. Carmel; Shoval, a rose in the Negev desert, just north of Be'er Sheva; Dan, way up in the northernmost part of Israel, in between Syria and Lebanon, next to the majestic snow-covered Mt. Hermon, where I was living when "Operation Desert Storm" blew in; and Ha'On, with its campground and ostrich farm on the eastern shores of the Sea of Galilee, across from Tiberias; and last but not least, my beloved Jerusalem, next to my favorite spot on earth: the Temple Mount.

I looked you up on google, and I'm hoping there is a site, that has a email address so I could write to you. If there is an address, I hope I can find it. I don't understand all of your stances, but I'd like to learn. All I know is I love Israel, and am forever grateful for the Israelites writing the Bible. Without them, we would not have the OT, NT. Some people forget, that many Jews believed on Jesus when Jesus was on the earth, and also after when He went back to the Father. The Jews are the chosen, and I know salvation is open to all, and the time of the gentiles will end soon. I would like to live in Israel someday. Maybe they will all return to the land God gave to them soon. I saw some of the you tubes you have. I don't understand why Zionist Jews are bashed by people, God will curse those who curse them.... Yes, as a Christian-Zionist my articles dare to share the plain truth about the good and bad Jews (and good and bad Christians), contrary to the unsubstantiated charges that those who love the United States and strongly support the Jewish homeland of Israel turn a blind eye to Israel's faults. As necessary, such love includes "tough love" in the holy spirit of Yahshua who said, "As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Be zealous therefore and repent" (Revelation 3:19), as well as following the spiritual principle of Proverbs 27:5 - "Better is open rebuke than hidden love."

Just as there's good patriotic Christian Americans like Chuck Baldwin (no pretense), there are bad patriotic Christian (false-pretense/pseudo) Americans like George W. Bush - whom to the Messiah rejecting world, we all look the 'same'!

George W. Bush will masquerade as a Christian patriotic American so as to dupe real Christians - while he's knowingly helping to create a backlash, a hostile environment, against the real Christians by those who aren't (ie the Christ rejecting world around us etc.)!

Again, from what I understand, there's Jews that have, and continue to feed off others at the expense of the good Jews...Kind of like when the world wants to know what Christians think about this social issue or another, they run to the Roman Catholic Church to hear from the Pope...they don't run to a David Wilkerson, Pastor Chuck Baldwin, Chuck Smith, others of fundamental Christianity...

The Israeli police knew they didn't have a shred of evidence against me other than some hateful letter filled with false accusations that misled them.
I received a call (at the Palm Youth Hostel in Jerusalem where I lived and legally worked) from a friend in the United States that "KP" sent him a copy of a letter he reportedly also sent to the Israeli authorities, claiming I was involved in some plot to blow up the mosques to stop the peace process and prepare the way for the Temple; was involved in arms smuggling (distorting my travels through the war-zone of Yugoslavia by train from Germany and visit to South Africa and Zimbabwe, as well as other adventures - thanks to a gracious inheritance from my Hoover grandparents) and that I wasn't Jewish. I told my friend the Israeli police would recognize "KP" was a crackpot and would dismiss his bizarre letter. I wasn't worried about it...

It appears the bloody issue of Sunday over Sabbath has raised its ugly head again, as Europe's new empire prepares to enforce SUNday! A cleverly coordinated campaign is underway to make Sunday a legal day of rest, under the pretense of promoting better health and family life ("Mum and dad belong to us on Sunday"). "Hundreds of Euro-MPs have signed an appeal to the European Commission to consider "work-free" Sundays" (Brits will be banned from working on Sundays if Brussels gets its way). Precious voices of dissent condemn such interference, as Stephen Booth of Open Europe decries: "There is absolutely no need for the EU to be deciding what days people can work." Of course, this is only the tip of the iceberg. Certainly Emperor Constantine would be impressed with how the Roman wolves cloak themselves in sheep's clothing!

A few observations on Obama’s Dreams from My Father, based on Gregory’s work.

1) Not a kind or good word about America. The country is not his homeland, Kenya is. [same as Wright]

2) American culture is White, and not “mainstream” or “:universal.” I.e. Mozart is just “White.” Shakespeare is just “White.” [same as Wright]

3) Like Wright, Obama polarizes America and the World, into Races. Colors everything, relentlessly divides America into “us” and “them”. Blacks cannot have White role-models, thats cultural submissions. White’s cannot have black role-models, that’s paternalistic voyeurism…[same as Wright]

4) Obama declares his life in America on par with Third World Countries, his story is that of the Colonized, not of the Colonizer. White Tourists in Africa, are just neo-colonists. Racists. Obama is with the natives.[same as Wright]

5) Obsessed with Race and his personal Racial alleigence. His Black “community” without which he cannot feel “human.” [same as Wright]

6) In his pursuit of his Blackness, not one conversation with a White, about Race, about Identity. Whites don’t exist, don’t count. No discussion, no conversation. Non-negotiable. [same as Wright]

7) The book is clearly, I mean 100% clearly, the story of a man born white and guilty and confused, who gets to know Black life, becomes Black, and finally finds himself a human, thanks to Kenya being Black. Period. No comment.

8) No mention of Harvard, of Sidney Austin, Minard law firm. No mention of Harvard Law Review.

9) Full of lies and inaccuracies. The lies about Racism in his childhood, the lies about his poverty, and the countless lies no one can verify because Obama is still unknown. How many crucial omissions does this book have? We will not know for years.

10) Obama’s Racial hypersensitivity is unrelenting. Blue-Contact lenses for a Black friend = Black self-hate. English man talking about Africa = Obama angry. Mark Obama, Obama’s Stanford brother, who loves Western Culture = horrible man. Black Gangbangers = victims of White Racism. The list could go on for pages. [same as Wright]

11) No mention of Israel and positive mention of Jews. Only mentions “poor Palestinians” and the suffering in the “West Bank”. One Jewish character, presented in largely negative light.[ close to Wright]

12) The book reveals a clear moderate Black Nationalism, a clear Chauvinism and Ethnocentrism. [same as Wright]

Overall impression: unconvincing book, profoundly dishonest. I can’t believe it is genuine. Obama didn’t write this all on his own? Story reveals a highly problematic individual, suffering from severe forms of delusion and grandeur, self-obsessed, and of very limited mental means. Obama is as shallow, and flat, as they get. The book should be called “Nightmares about My-Self.” Its an awful book, and downright frightening that its putative “author” is being forced on us as the Democratic Presidential nominee.

Reading Gregory’s compilation of quotes from Dreams/Nightmares, made me wince. As I stated previously, Obama does not love America the same way the average voter expects of his/her President. Judging from Obama’s own work, he either hates, or simply does not identify with what most of us in this country believe ourselves to be.

Obama does not share our experiences, our values, our aspirations or our expectations for and of America.

Obama has ideals, that’s for sure. Ideals which all Americans understand, but which, according to his own biography, are even better understood in Kenya and the Third World! Central to these ideals, is that of Racial Equality.

In Obama’s world, there was no “Good America” prior to 1960, because it was All a Racist country. This Insulting, Libelous, and Historical inaccuracy and ignorance, reveals everything voters need to know about Obama.

It explains the narrow frame with which Obama efficiently addresses his supporters: the hyped-up Ideal of Equality.

Obama can’t talk to supporters about “Work,” about “Middle Class,” or about “American Ideals” , he can only talk of the “Promise of Racial Equality.” He uses the euphemism “Civil Rights” to make his message appear “Post-Racial” - while all his references to American history are mostly limited to just two Presidents: Lincoln, and Kennedy - a clear Racial reference.

During the ABC debate, Obama was asked why he loved America, his reason was twofold: one- America is the country where he can run for President, and two- America has an Ideal of Equality.

When Obama speaks or writes about “Reclaiming the American Dream,” the only identifiable “reclamation” applies to the 1960s, and nothing (except Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation) before that! Its not about reclaiming the forties, or the dynamism of the Gilded age, or even the Reagan or Clinton eras. No, its about the sixties - period. The reason is unambiguous-
based on his books, and his own speeches, it is ABSOLUTELY CLEAR Obama lives within a very parochial and Radical Black concept of American History. It is ABSOLUTELY CLEAR Obama seems himself as Black and America’s Mainstream culture as “White” and hence neither universal nor inclusive of himself. Obama’s Promises of Unity, of Reconciliation, are in fact promises to Destroy (or as he calls it “Change”) America as a Euro-Centric “White” culture.
Some readers do not like the comparison of Obama with Hitler, but I agree with Juanita- Obama’s book is a kind of “My Struggle.” Like Hitler’s book, it provides plenty of clues about the Tyrant, but as with all Populists and Demagogues, Obama’s followers prefer not to read the clues, and be blissfully ignorant of Obama’s Destructive mindset!

It is hard to imagine how Obama’s Promise of “Change,” differs from Wright’s Biblical call to “Damn America.” By “Reclaiming” Obama is referring strictly to the 60’s obsession with destroying everything “middle-class” and “American” and using the pretext of Civil Rights to riot, to Hate, and to attack our civilization.

Surely Obama’s “Changing,” means achieving the goals of the 60s, which Obama judges - and notice that Obama doesn’t use anyone else’s judgment, juts his own and those who agree with him (J. Wright) - as not yet having been achieved.

Of course the 60s did a lot of good for America. They were a crucial part of the necessary progression of our culture towards more openness and tolerance. But I credit their achievement to the constructive efforts of King and Lyndon B. Johnson, not the destructive Idol worshiping pot-heads and the self-obsessed types who were the 60s precursors of our current “Generation Me.” Unfortunately, the message coming out of the Obama camp, has little to do with differentiating one from the other, and being heavily prejudiced in favor of the 60s mix of Black Nationalism and Weathermen rage.

To his coterie of terrorist and America/White Hating preachers and radical supporters, Obama’s passion for Malcolm X is no secret. Obama is clearly not about Lyndon B. Johnson, let alone Roosevelt or Woodrow Wilson. He never mentions the America’s founders, and he has absolutely no personal affiliation with Lexington and Concord. Obama’s geographic knowledge of America is limited to Selma, and other places where protests and marches were staged in the sixties.

From his autobiography and judging by his love for Kenya, Obama’s desire to “Change” America is driven by Third World Solidarity, and a contempt for our history, past, and as the media make painfully clear, contempt for White America and its non-White accomplices (Asians, Hispanics, and everyone else who just wants to become Middle Class and stop whining) . Hence we get Obama’s “typical whites” the “grandma a typical racist” the “bitter” remarks, the brushing of shoulders, the middle fingers, the Rappers, the Michelle Obama “first time proud,” and countless other moments the media cover-up or deliberately ignore.
So far, the moments inscribed in voter’s memories, are few and rare, veneered by a message of “Change” and a mythopoetic symbolism of “Civil Rights” and “Reclaiming the Dream” relying on our inability to discriminate substance from spin when Obama plays to our Ideals of Equality, because all Americans share Obama’s sentiment of Solidarity with the “Oppressed” and Dreams of Equality, with which we are victimized by Obama’s campaign on a 24/7 basis!

I too feel Sympathy for the World’s poor and want my country more involved in their embetterment; unlike Obama and his supporters, however, I don’t need to hate-myself and my past, nor my country and its people, to prove my sympathies and to act on them. In fact, unlike Obama’s supporters - who by any measure are pubescent in their world view- I believe the World and its Poor are best served by a strong America, united, assertive, and believing in its capacity to do good. Not one driven by shame, self-hate, self-doubt, and by the cultural separatism of Black Nationalists and Self-Loathing Whites.

Because Obama relies on only two kinds of supporters: infuriated or simply hoodwinked ethnocentric Blacks, and self-Loathing Whites. It is enough to read Obama’s autobiography, to understand how everything Obama is, reflects this dichotomy, of Chauvinist/Assertive Blacks, and ashamed and hating-America, Whites.

Among Obama’s White Supporters, one sees an intense sense of White Guilt and Shame, perpetually expressing itself as giddy enthusiasm for the man who can wash away their White sins just by mumbling the Presidential Oath. Its a White Shame/Guilt that has given Obama victory after victory in assorted Primaries.
Most of Obama’s White fans are not willing to admit their shame, or be forthcoming about their guilt. In fact, most of them will go to great lengths to deny it outright - initially by talking about communities, professors, charisma, judgment and eloquence, i.e. everything they have been told to think by Mr. Axelrod. When such “talking points” fail (as they inevitably must) , their sense of White Shame/Guilt gives them the unique ability to label any of their opponents as “Racists.”

No doubt such tactics are especially easy when their opponents are White, in which case their Shame/Guilt becomes an exercise of Self-Loathing and Racism against other Whites, but this “Racist” tactic is applied with equal zests to non-Whites, who are complicit in “White” Racism by unashamedly pursuing Middle Classness.

It’s almost comical, what kind of Power the ability to call someone “Racist” bestows on these Self-Loathing Whites.

The labeling of Obama skeptics as “Racist,” is by no means a practice exclusive to Whites. Blacks have expressed an even greater propensity call anyone doubtful of Obama a “Racist,” and are especially vicious with Blacks, to a degree which Whites do not permit themselves with other Whites. Of course the Black tendency to label others as “Racist” is not driven by Shame or Guilt, but by a heightened sense of Black Racism and Chauvinism, but its the peculiar form of calling your own “Racists” practiced by both Whites and Blacks, which makes 2008 a uniquely divisive and unattractive Democratic contest. Even when Obama supporter’s opponents are Latino, Asian, or Jewish they are as questioned about their Anti-Black Racism, and even in these communities, one finds the “Racist” label applied more by ones own, than by outsiders! It’s simply phenomenal - Racism is gradually becoming a label applied internally to one’s own, to demean your own People, based on your own Racist assumptions! The exception being Blacks, who still retain more outward Racism than Internal.

Black Racism, is a traditional Black antipathy and prejudice against Whites and non-Black Minorities, which our elites willfully and debilitatingly ignore, while their media cheerfully and willfully cultivate and defend it; in the case of Wright, which with the exception of Fox liberals are whitewashing or simply legitimizing, we are seeing the outright promoting Black Racism against Whites. The Liberal media is , without exaggerating, spreading Hate. But this is not news.

Most folks imagine those who need to repent are the immoral, the adulterers, the liars, the promiscuous, those who engage in the practice of homosexuality, who have abortions, who abandon their children, who rape and steal and murder. Does your Church honor the goddess Easter?

"Why do you perpetuate pagan fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs and don't have anything for Passover? No little lambs, nothing. John the Baptist called Jesus the 'Lamb of God' - not the Easter bunny!" - so I wrote a popular family restaurant about their country store (see The Big Lie of Easter). I could have just as easily written another popular down on the farm restaurant questioning why they're disrespectfully offering Easter ham when the Bible strongly expresses its distaste for such an abomination that Jesus and the apostles never ate and the Scriptures forbid (see Is All Animal Flesh Good Food?).

If you walk into any store or restaurant at this time of year, you quickly see how the pagan Easter rabbit has supplanted the Passover lamb. A myth has replaced the truth! It's totally absurd and illogical as both the Bible and history condemn Easter as a spring goddess and yet these professing Christian churches aren't ashamed to blazon the name of the GODDESS EASTER on their church billboards! Would they also advertise Venus or Ishtar? Are they all asleep in the pews? Don't their ministers have a clue? God says the names of these pagan gods and goddesses will be history and yet they're kept alive by apostate Christian ministers! "For I will take from her mouth the names of the Baals [false gods], And they shall be remembered by their name no more" (Hosea 2:17). Who are they serving? Certainly not our Great Creator God, the God of the Bible, the God of Jacob.

How can any professing Christian not take offense at this baptized paganism, these whitewashed heathen customs that mislead the masses? Shame on those (especially the worthless ministers) who continue to let folks get carried away with idolatrous traditions rather than set them free with the plain truth!

"How can you say, ‘I am not polluted, I have not gone after the Baals'?" (Jeremiah 2:23). You advertise the GODDESS EASTER with your Easter Egg Hunt, your Easter Egg Roll, your Easter ham, your Easter Sunday. Others pimp Easter and her fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs with Easter Egg trees and Easter decorations. We're a nation of spiritual drunks and whores in denial, whoring around with pagan gods and goddesses, going through the mindless motions of pagan traditions and flirting with heathen customs and we see nothing wrong with it since we're deaf, dumb and blind (Isaiah 42:19).

Such Easter "offerings" based upon colorful fables certainly aren't acceptable or cute to God ( 2 Timothy 4:3-5). “Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? No! They were not at all ashamed nor did they know how to blush. Therefore they shall fall among those who fall [the slain] at the time I punish them..." (Jeremiah 6:15). Traditional Christianity, like an adulterous woman, "…eats and wipes her mouth, and says, ‘I have done no wickedness...'" (Prov. 30:20).

Sin that's been dressed up, camouflaged, made to appear harmless, is still sin in God's eyes and He hates the mass religious deception that has been going on for too long and will hold the nation accountable for living a lie and promoting whitewashed paganism. The rotten ministers who have failed to stand in the gap, to expose such error and call upon the people to turn from such vain traditions, are especially guilty (Ezekiel 22:30-31).

America thinks it could never fall. Could Greece collapse? Yes. But America—not a chance. This is the richest country in the world. And in spite of all the headlines, in spite of all the dire statistics blared by reporters, the American way of life still continues. Gas stations still have gas. Food still sits on grocery shelves. Even if through debt, most Americans are still enjoying life. So surely America can’t be in that much financial trouble. After all, politicians just voted in potentially the largest expansion of the welfare state in American history on Sunday. America must have money to burn.

But here is the reality. It wouldn’t take much for the vulture investor dinner party to turn its sights from Greece to America. That is the conclusion of a small but growing group of concerned analysts.

“The wolf could be at our door sooner than we think,” says Carmen Reinhart, economics professor at the University of Maryland and author of This Time Is Different. Confidence in the dollar “could turn quite abruptly,” she says.

All it would take is one failed treasury auction, warns Reinhart, and the dollar’s status as a perceived safe heaven would vanish—along with its status as the world’s reserve currency.

If that were to happen, media commentators wouldn’t be comparing California to Greece, they would be comparing the entire nation to something more akin to Zimbabwe or Soviet Russia.

Politicians are far too complacent about America’s economic condition. Instead of getting America’s financial house in order now—while some analysts think it still has a chance—politicians are doing the exact opposite. Update from the front lines

While the prospects for Federal gun control continue to grow by the day, state groups across the country are making strides to protect and advance our right to keep and bear arms.

Wyoming

Wyoming Gun Owners (www.WyomingGunOwners.org) made a real splash during Wyoming’s short legislative session. WyGO pushed for two marquee pieces of legislation: a Vermont concealed carry bill (which WyGO dubbed “Constitutional Carry”) and their own version of the Firearms Freedom Act.

While the Vermont Carry bill (i.e. no permit needed) passed the House but not the Senate, the Wyoming Firearms Freedom Act was passed by both chambers and signed into law by the governor. NAGR Operations Director Luke O’Dell testified on behalf of both of WyGO's bills at the state capital in Cheyenne.

Wyoming’s Firearms Freedom Act was slightly different from the legislation passed in Montana. Wyoming’s bill included criminal penalties and fines for federal agents who try to enforce federal regulations that contradict this new Wyoming law. This legislation has real teeth, and has already created quite a stir in Wyoming as well as Washington. Bravo, Wyoming Gun Owners.

South Dakota

South Dakota Gun Owners (www.SDGO.org) continues to dominate their legislature with a pro-freedom agenda, passing a South Dakota Firearms Freedom Act through both chambers of the legislature, and signed into law by Governor Mike Rounds.

Iowa

Still less than a year old, Iowa Gun Owners (www.IowaGunOwners.org) has been making waves across Iowa.

Though their Vermont Carry bill died, the compromise bill pushed by the institutional gun lobby (which took several steps backward for state law) also failed. Unfortunately, compromise forces just resurrected this backward legislation earlier this week (in a cynical attempt to kill any future attempts at Vermont Carry).

This is frustrating because Iowa is one of the few rural states in America with a “May Issue” concealed carry law. Look for Iowa Gun Owners to change that in 2011.

Virginia

The Virginia General Assembly has seen a slew of pro-gun legislation this sessions. Most notably, Virginia's 15-year-old ban on concealed carry in restaurants and bars is on the verge of being overturned through the hard work of two groups, Virginia Gun Owners Coalition (www.VGCO.org) and Virginia Citizen's Defense League (www.vcdl.org). Under the current "criminal safe zone" law, concealed weapon permit holders are forced to disarm themselves before entering a restaurant or bar.

Legislation repealing the ban passed both chambers of the Virginia State legislature and is awaiting the signature of Governor "Gun Ban Bob" McDonnell.

Eligibility lawyer says 'standing' a no-brainer

An attorney handling one of the appellate level challenges to Barack Obama's occupancy of the White House – under the dispute that involves the Constitution's demand presidents be a "natural born citizen" and Obama's unwillingness to document that – says the most common reason judges have used for dismissing cases is just wrong.

Most of the dozens of cases that have been filed over Obama's eligibility have been dismissed by judges who have cited a lack of "standing" on the part of the plaintiffs. In fact, the government's most recent filing in the case being handled by Mario Apuzzo argues almost exclusively that it should be dismissed for that reason.

But Apuzzo, whose case is pending before the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and in which he will file a further brief within the next few days, says the federal standard for having standing – a concrete and particularized injury potential imminent for an individual – should be a no-brainer for judges.

"How can you deny he's affecting me?" he asked during an interview with WND. "He wants to have terror trials in New York. He published the CIA interrogation techniques. On and on. He goes around bowing and doing all these different things. His statements we're not a Christian nation; we're one of the largest Muslim nations. It's all there."

The case was brought by Apuzzo in January 2009 on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr.

Named as defendants are Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives, former Vice President Dick Cheney and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

The case alleges Congress failed to follow the Constitution, which "provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate 'elected' by the Electoral College Electors."
